1. Parties and Programme

Affiliate. The approved applicant participating in the programme (“Affiliate”, “you”). You warrant that you are 18+ and act only for business purposes, not as a consumer.

Programme. A private, application-only programme to promote models managed by Scale Cash on the OnlyFans platform (the “Programme”).

Priority of terms. These Terms & Conditions govern the Programme. Offer-specific terms shown in the Affiliate Portal (each an “Offer”) prevail only for commission rate, eligible models and campaign dates.

Appointment. Subject to these terms, we appoint you on a non-exclusive basis to promote models we manage (each an “Eligible Model”).

Status. You act as an independent contractor. Nothing here creates partnership, employment, agency, joint venture or joint controllership.

Territories. Promotion is permitted only in approved Tier-1 territories and must exclude Restricted Territories. Promotion to under-18s is prohibited.

Platform and law. You must comply with OnlyFans platform rules, including its Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy and related terms, and with all applicable laws and advertising codes wherever you target.

2. Tracking and attribution

Revenue source of truth. Commissionable revenue is determined by OnlyFans reporting for the relevant Eligible Model. If an Eligible Model leaves our management or our access is restricted, commission is calculated up to the time access ceased.

Lineage source of truth. Sub-affiliate lineage and multi-tier overrides are determined by the Affiliate Portal.

Attribution. Valid referred Users are those whose spend is attributed to your approved tracking links as recorded by OnlyFans. We may void transactions resulting from prohibited, unlawful or misleading traffic, including spam, bots, fraud, cookie stuffing or deceptive funnels.

Disputes. You must raise any tracking or attribution dispute within seven days of the relevant entry in the Affiliate Portal. Our good-faith reconciliation using OnlyFans and Affiliate Portal data is final.

3. Commission and payments

Lifetime definition. “Lifetime” commission applies while the Eligible Model remains managed by us; it ends automatically when management ends or access is withdrawn.

Commission rate. Unless an Offer states otherwise, your commission is 20–40% of Net Revenue attributable to your traffic.

Net Revenue. “Net Revenue” means all revenue on OnlyFans generated by your referred Users—subscriptions, renewals, tips, PPV, bundles, paid chats and similar—after deducting OnlyFans platform fees, indirect taxes, refunds, chargebacks, reversals, bad debt and transactions we reasonably determine to be fraudulent or non-compliant.

No negative carry or clawback. Negative balances do not carry forward. We will not claw back or set off previously paid commission except where required by law or where a payment resulted from fraud or criminal conduct.

Automatic weekly payouts. Payouts are processed every Thursday during UK business hours, provided your aggregate payable balance is at least US$100 at the time of processing.

Methods, currency and fees. Default currency is USD. Where payment is made in another currency or cryptocurrency, the amount is converted at the live market or processor rate at the time of processing. Available methods include bank transfer and supported cryptocurrencies.

Taxes. Affiliates are responsible for their own taxes and for maintaining accurate billing and tax details.

Fraud hold. We may defer a payout while investigating suspected fraud, sanctions or policy breach. If confirmed, affected transactions are void.

4. Sub-affiliate programme

You may earn overrides on your downline, calculated on each sub-affiliate’s Sub-Affiliate Net Revenue: 2.5% for direct referrals, 1% for Tier 2 and 0.5% for Tier 3. Overrides remain active while the relevant sub-affiliate is active and compliant. Self-referrals and circular structures are prohibited.

5. Promotion standards

You must use approved tracking links, comply with law and platform rules, exclude minors and Restricted Territories, remove or modify any creative within 24 hours of our request, and keep your account and billing details accurate.

Spam, illegal advertising, bots, cookie stuffing, deceptive funnels and fake or purchased reviews or endorsements are prohibited. Where required by law, promotions must be clearly identifiable as advertising and include appropriate sponsorship or affiliate disclosure.

We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use model names, branding and supplied content solely for Programme promotions. No AI-generated, synthetic or materially edited creative may be used without prior written approval.

6. Data protection and compliance

Each party acts as an independent controller for personal data it processes in connection with the Programme. You must provide a transparent privacy notice, maintain a lawful basis for collected data, implement appropriate security, honour data-subject rights and promptly notify us of relevant personal-data incidents.

If you transfer personal data outside the UK or EEA, you must implement appropriate safeguards and remain responsible for compliance. We may request information reasonably necessary to comply with law or investigate fraud; failure to provide it may result in suspension or termination.

7. Confidentiality and non-circumvention

Each party must keep non-public information confidential and use it only to perform this agreement. For 24 months after your last interaction with any Eligible Model, you must not solicit that model to leave our management, work with or monetise that model outside the Programme, or assist another party to do so.

8. Suspension and termination

Scale Cash may suspend or terminate participation immediately at its discretion. On termination, commissions accrued up to the effective time will be paid subject to these terms and the exclusion of invalid or fraudulent transactions. All licences end and Programme creative must no longer be used.

9. Warranties and liability

You warrant that you are 18+, act for business purposes, comply with applicable rules, will not target minors or Restricted Territories, will use lawful and non-misleading traffic, and will pay all applicable taxes.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude implied terms and liability for loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill or indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to commissions paid to you during that period. We do not guarantee conversions, earnings or uninterrupted availability.

10. General

Notices may be sent to your registered email address or verified Telegram handle. We may amend the Programme or these terms; material changes take effect 14 days after notice unless required sooner by law or platform rules.

You may not assign or transfer your rights without written consent. Neither party is liable for failure caused by events beyond reasonable control. We will not publicly name you as a partner without consent, and you must not suggest endorsement by OnlyFans.

These terms and applicable Offers form the entire agreement. Failure to enforce a term is not a waiver. If any term is invalid, the remainder remains effective.

Definitions

Net Revenue: As defined in Section 3. Offer: The Affiliate Portal page specifying commission and eligible models. OnlyFans: The fan-subscription platform operated by Fenix International Limited. Restricted Territories: Jurisdictions prohibited due to sanctions, platform restrictions or adult-content prohibitions. User: An OnlyFans end-user referred by your approved tracking link.
